the location is great and also the room was great. the communication to the property had to be done through the third party which was booking.com, however they failed to accommodate and communicate with the property, the front desk was very accommodating when I showed him the convo between me and booking.com. he was appologetic and accommodated very quickly.

Our first room was a dark, uninviting room with a window view of an adjacent building a few feet away. We went back to check in and changed rooms (no charge). The second room a big improvement with a window and balcony view of the sun lit open air interior of the hotel common area. It was a huge improvement.

Underwhelming but loved the outdoor pool and the nice pool man attending to the water in the morning so it didn’t matter.

Room was comfortable and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate us well. Bed was comfortabe and the shower was clean and had a strong water output.
